Project Manager

Qualification:

• Minimum Education S1.
• At least have 3 (years) years experience in related position
• Experience in Project Management, Experience in the same field, Excellent technical and Engineering, Familiar with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office Product, Excellent leadership skills to foster and infl.
• Language proficiency verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities:

Engineering Design Services:

• To lead and control performance of team members assigned according to the assignments & responsibilities.
• To assume the overall responsibility of directing & supervising the services to be performed, as well as the responsibility to the client.
• Design the project organization, including allocation of responsibilities, the system of contracts and core communication patterns to ensure that decisions are taken by the right people at the appropriate time.
• Procure the required services.
• Set-up and operate the management systems, including planning and monitoring the design work mechanism.
• Ensure all disciplines work within the approved time schedule.
• Identify obstacles that might delay progress of work.
• Check progress of whole team members against scheduled targets
• Lead final presentation of every design stage to the Client

Construction Supervision Services:

• To lead and control performance of the team members assigned to study and design works according to the assignments & responsibilities
• To assume the overall responsibility of directing & supervising the services to be performed, as well as the responsibility to the client.
• Design the project organization, including allocation of responsibilities, the system of contracts and core communication patterns.
• Set-up and operate the management systems, including mechanisms for planning and monitoring the design work.
• To make recommendation on the performance of the contractor where the work can be clarified completely finished and approved by Owner.

Project Control Services:

• To lead and control performance of the team members on Planning, Scheduling, and Controlling of the overall Progress.
• To assume the overall responsibility of directing & supervising the performance of Standard Procedure, and implementation based on Client's priority.
• Design the project organization, including coordinating Project activities plan with other Department to ensure progress plan meets the Schedule and Cost/Budget.
• Strong Supervisory Skill, at all times, knows who is doing what. Ensure regular team meetings. Ensure an agenda is prepared to cover all points including reporting back from everyone.
• Review and acceptance of contractors proposal engineering.
