Chief Engineer / Engineering Manager / Site Manager

Qualification:

• Education S1.
• At least have 3 (years) years experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Experience in the same field, Excellent technical and Engineering, Familiar with MS Project or Primavera and MS Office Product, Excellent leadership skills to foster and infl.
• Language proficiency basic verbal and written in English.

General Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Engineering Design Services:

• Develop design information within the time and economic constraints set for each commission.
• Program Plan for design work, identify design activities, make priorities and set the time scales.
• Inform the design work program to all engineers in design team.
• Maintain the consistencies and compatibilities of all commission of design work.
• Report progress of design work to Project Manager
• Provide minute of meetings and reports to maintain updated information.
• Keep all team members of various disciplines up to date with design decisions as they are made.
• Regularly assess compliance with current Client’s requirements especially where new or updated input has been received.
• Check the completeness of all documents.

Construction Supervision Services:

• Site Manager is the leader and coordinator of Supervision Team on site
• To maintain coordination with Owner for project implementation.
• To evaluate project documents including budget, calculations, plans, specifications and schedules.
• Provide guidance of supervision for all engineers.
• Accompany the Project Manager in giving recommendation of contractor performance.

Project Control Services:

• Review blueprints for new construction or engineering jobs and remodeling for compliance standard operating procedures, material, finishers and potential issues.
• Through administration practice, make sure the steps (process) and milestones are documented.
• Coordinate work effort to other staff to ensure prompt accomplishment of project.
• Able to handling project review meeting.
• To make a report up to date related with project activity.
